I'm not afraid of patterns and texture in my wardrobe and it tranfers to the scrapbook page. I've seen a ton of pattern and texture for the fall in the form of tweeds and plaids. These dresses are a few examples to get you going on those fashion inspired pages! :) Houndstooth is another one that I love! The dress is Metrostyle and the jacket is Rebecca Taylor. (notice the flower on the jacket that can also be perfectly transplanted to the scrap project)
